Housing costs in Greensboro are rising.
The election on November 4 helps decide what we do about it.

Everyone feels it. Rent keeps going up. Buying a home is harder than ever. Families are getting pushed farther out or pushed out altogether.

But it doesn’t have to keep going this way.

This election will help decide whether we build more housing near jobs, schools, and transit, and plan for our growth, or let delays and red tape keep driving housing prices higher.

In a low-turnout primary, a small number of votes will decide who leads on these issues, and whether Greensboro stays livable for all of us.

Vote Tuesday, November 4.
